Our WhyA community that
feels like home

Build for everyone

Dogs are family too and Willow & Co. will be the kind of place where everyone who walks through the door, including the people who work here, feels like they are building something that belongs to them.

Every person on our team gets a real stake in what they help create. Not just a paycheck. Actual ownership. Because when someone has skin in the game they love your dog like their own. That is the only kind of team I want around yours.

This is your club. All of yours.

Our founding members, our regulars, and even our friends facing tough times. Utah seasons can be brutal and we want this to be a space where every dog and every human has somewhere to land. We are working with vet partners to ensure compliance and create access for everyone who needs it because nobody should be turned away from somewhere that was built for them.

Five years from now I want you to walk in here and feel like your problems stayed at the door. Like your dog is not just tolerated but genuinely admired. Like you do not want to leave.

That is what we are building. Not a corporation. A community.

Why Salt Lake needs this

In Salt Lake City, dogs are family. They hike with us, ride shotgun, and somehow end up in half our camera roll. But when it comes to going out and being social? They’re usually the ones left at home.

Willow & Co. exists to change that.

We’re creating a 21+ off-leash social club where dogs are the members and humans are their guests. Your dog runs free, makes friends, and lives their best life while you unwind with a local drink and actually relax for once.

Salt Lake is full of dog lovers, patio lovers, and community lovers. But there has never been a space designed for all of that to come together until now.

We believe this city deserves:

How to be part of the story

Right now, the community is already funding Willow & Co.. Through the Rebel & Willow Event Club, a series of co-created events with our friends at Rebel Paw, we’re building our founding base. Willow & Co. is the destination. The event club is how we get there together.

What we believe in:Less leash. More life.

If you’ve ever wished for a place where you don’t have to choose between your social life and your dog… this is your sign.

The vibe? Fun, safe, and laid-back.

The dress code? Fur is always in.

Meet the dog-loving human behind it all

Hi, I’m Tyler and these are my dogs, Willow and Cooper. Salt Lake City is home for all of us.

Like a lot of dog owners, I kept feeling like something was missing. I wanted a place where my dogs could safely run, play, and make friends while I could unwind, be social, and not feel like I had to keep them tucked under a table or out of the way.

But it was never just about finding a better place for our dogs. I wanted to build something different from the ground up. An employee owned, community driven space that proves you do not need outside money from people who do not know you or believe in what you are building. I believe wholeheartedly that a strong community, built together, is more powerful than any outside funding.

Willow & Co. is my answer to both of those things.

We have signed a Letter of Intent on a property in Millcreek, right off 2300 East by Tanner Park, and we are working through city approvals now. When those doors open here is what you can expect:
